All mouldings are finished to high standards with the use of a wide range of routing, sawing, punching and drilling equipment including a number of 3 and 5 axis CNC routers.

Through the use of this equipment we are able to ensure that your components are manufactured completely to your specifications. Customers usually provide drawings in DXF format (however we are able to work with many others) enable a uniform fit and finish to be maintained. This process also enables parts to be produced to a very fine tolerance.
